Special hotel with especially helpful stuff and healthy breakfasts included. Breakfast with presented food and soup, as for instance. Very good service and stunning and amazing location close to the beach, and the sea, which is let far outside by tankers into the water. Also, in osom location surrounded by mountains...

Staff the reception were on our service and our comfort around the clock especially the "Saif" was seeking to provide all we need quickly and clearly and honestly, quiet hotel the splendor and design of the villas makes you feel nature surrounded by you, the organizer of a trip snorkel was very cooperative and enjoyable and fun, Fila was the ultimate processing and where there is all you need in an orderly fashion, which makes you feel luxuriously space and comfort, there is a swimming pool, large and clean and complete privacy. Movement to and from the main gate of the most safety and wide availability of vehicles and new and professional driver driving the vehicle safely on mountain roads and rough terrain.
What did I expect from this beautiful hotel is the ill-treatment by the Director of reception Maria, especially in the exploitation and lack of candor and Deceived continuous disinformation in the prices of villas where they made me left to pay exorbitant fees did not agree on I and the employee also much more than prices described in a Booked.net, where did explain to me as well as the receptionist, which made me grieve very jittery and my family and made our trip miserable. Maria was the reason for the cancellation of the remains of pre-planned trip to the pleasure of my wife and my kids and we go back home before the time planned in advance. I will not stay agein at this hotel, because Maria is and will advise my family and my friends to not stay in the six senses hotel of the non-recurrence of deception and betrayal and lies that I've seen from the Director of the reception there. Interruption of water for rooms for four hours made me a feeling of confusion and discomfort and inconvenience, especially I have kids. Hotel staff did not provide me with water and did not automatically inform before, and they have openly lied it will happen only one hour.

We loved our weekend. We felt so relaxed and loved the enviroment. Very organic & rustic. Having our own pool was addictive and we swam a lot. The bed was great and the indian man who cleaned our room each day was delightful. I also loved the fact that all the staff could speak good english considering this is their second language.Food was great too .
Gym temperature was too hot and the air conditioning was not working and the music was to quite and subtle for a gym, you need music that really motivates you to work out hard. We found the local water in our room was too saltytherefore we would take our own water next time if we go back

We didn't have time, so we also will definitely go again next time. The venue's position was remote. The service was amazing, no reason to complain.

I like the welcome from the staff, also the environment for the hotel.
The way to the hotel its a little confusing, because ther are no street light or any direction board advice you about the direction. The road it not comfortable as it is still unpaved. I wish if there are small pieces of carpets inside the rooms.

Location is fantastic, great concept, very nice leisure activities, butler service is very good as well.
shortage of sun beds on the beach and by the pool as well as shortage of beach/pool attendants. No lifeguards. Buffet menu should have been wider and better, breakfast selection as well. Prices are extremely high vs. quality of food and some of the services (pool and beach mainly)

the room was well-designed and absolutely brilliant, with tea and coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. the location was secluded, marvellous in the water snorkeling in one once the best places in the gulf. the hotel employees were absolutely kind and super-friendly.
The staff - some of them were not very helpful.
